JD is shared with you you need to handle 1 or 2 JDs per day depending upon the need complexity of role You need to do the sourcing share a batch of 3- 5 cvs for the role with duly filled tracker sheet (Given below) After the quality check , we will share the cvs with the client. Candidate Coordination: You need to do End to end candidate coordination till the short listing , completion of interview process , closure joining. You may require to do client coordination on case to case basis. The normal turnaround time for client feedback/response for the CVs is 1 day or less. Incentives pay outs to recruiter : There is no fix salary , only incentives. The compensation for the recruiter would be anything between 15% to 50% of the invoice value based on CTC of the JD , Pricing with the client (8.33% , 7% , 6% etc) , volume of work/aging of the role many other factors.
