Job Description

    • DesignationFront Desk in Hospital
    • Qualification Graduation
    • Experience 6 Months
    • Salary 18000 - 22000
    • Age: 30 Years below
    • Communication Good English and local language
    • Office Timings 10 - 7 PM
    • Week off:Rotational Week offs
    • These Centre managers will be aligned to specific clinics ,company will send patients to the Clinics , these Centre manager will act like a Front office and Billing associate coordinate with patients and send to doctor
    • Patient Billing & invoice generation
    • Payment collection on POS machine.
    • Issue receipts for received payments
    • Feedback collection
    • Keep an accurate record of patient appointments & Procedures
    • Securely handle patient data and payment information
    • Inventory Check
    • Experience as Billing Specialist
    • Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
    • Proficiency in English & preferred local language
    • Results-driven and patient
    • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
