Job Description

    Job Title: Front Office Executive - SchoolJob Location: Edify World School, Shamshabad and Pedda AmberpetPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and staff at Edify World School. This role requires excellent communication, administrative skills, and the ability to manage a busy front office while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The Front Office Executive will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with student inquiries, and support day-to-day school operations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer phone calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and provide accurate information as required.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
    • Manage school emails, including responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate parties.
    • Handle student attendance records and help with student check-in/check-out procedures.
    • Assist with the scheduling of meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
    • Maintain records of visitors, including logging their details and issuing visitor passes.
    • Coordinate with various school departments to ensure smooth communication and operation of school activities.
    • Assist in maintaining school supplies inventory and ordering as necessary.
    • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or office manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment (telephone systems, fax machines, photocopiers).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
