SwoopTalent is looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is excited to be part of a team building a leading SaaS product used by leading global companies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product Management to identify new products, features that our customers are asking for.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Own and build end-to-end feature development, translate product requirements into rock solid reusable code that can be extended for other product features
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Not afraid to learn explore new technologies, build proof of concepts, review that with the technical architecture for possible improvements and go-live.

  • At least 5+ years of experience building front-end application using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Proficient understanding of JSP, Java and related technologies like Spring, MVC, Hibernate.
  • Experience building client side applications using frameworks like jQuery, Angular, BackboneJS, Node.js
  • Experience building asynchronous request handlers, partial page updates, AJAX and integrations with HTTP / REST end-points.
  • Knowledgeable of front-end defensive/secure coding practices (Cross Site Scripting, Cross Site Request Forgery, SQL Injection, and so on).
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN.
