Job Description

    Job description
    • Managing overall Front Office / Administration activities for the office.
    • Attending incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to respective departments.
    • Maintaining registers for stationary, courier, visitor, housekeeping etc.
    • Preparing and maintaining reports/trackers of vendors, office expenses, meeting booking etc.
    • Maintaining the attendance of employees and share with Head office in month end.
    • Petty cash management of office and update the same in excel and register.
    • Maintaining office assets and also ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions withregular maintenance.
    Job Responsibilities:-
    • Handle front desk /reception seamlessly.
    • Handling International visitors/Calls
    • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution.
    • Maintaining and updating records and database
    • Maintaining telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts
    • General admin activities and other help desk tasks
    • Managing conference / meeting rooms, co-ordination for various events, Tea & Snack arrangements, Flower arrangements coordination, and others
