Formulate and implement business plan for new aluminum extrusion unit. Develop short long term sales marketing strategy to accelerated business growth. Control overall extrusions business, new product development, pricing, quality assurance expanding direct customer base with dealer network, control credit fund flow. Handle key accounts PSUs- BEL, BHEL, BEML, HAL, CMTI, DRDO Labs, ISRO Labs, IISc, IIAP, NAL, private establishments- Bosch, L T, Tata Power SED Actively take part in introducing the company through vendor registration process in above mentioned accounts. Regular visits to the existing customers and new customers to approach for new business opportunities Generating, validating and qualifying sales leads. Visiting various clients introducing our range of products providing technical solutions, and generating enquiries Advise administer to place right talent in all departments. Guide prepare MIS for decision making, and to run production efficiently.,
