Responsibilities: Responsible for generating business for Contract Manufacturing/ Co- packing/ Private label to ensure that there is optimum utilization of the CapacityInteracting with potential business partners on a regular basis to identify business opportunitiesEnsure that the clients are provided with the necessary information regarding the manufacturing process at SarvothamBe single point of contact to the client until the contract is awarded by the clientFollow up for preparation of the necessary costing of the products for the purpose of quotation to the clientCo- ordinate with the Commercial Head at the Corporate with respect to the pricing Viagra of the contract. Provide the top management with necessary strategic inputs regarding the contract manufacturing businessCo- ordinate with the Plant Heads on a regular basis to ensure that the contract schedule is planned in accordance to the availability of capacityProvide necessary guidance and support for the purpose of Liaison and co- ordination with various external agenciesTo meet with existing clients and customers to understand any additional products that the company can manufacture. Participate in decision making committees as and when required and provide the related inputsCo- ordinate with the Research and Development Team to ensure that the products for which R&D was sought has been developed accordinglyParticipate in seminars, forums, etc for gaining knowledge and identify and recommend training programs for subordinatesJob Specifications: Over 15 years of experience in FMCG (Nutraceuticals)/ Pharma industry- OTC, Personal care of which atleast 2 years was spent in dealing with contract manufacturers on behalf of the FMCG / Pharma- OTC companyGraduation in Chemical Engineering/ Pharmacy and Post Graduation in Management (desirable)Knowledge of contract terms and conditionsGood Sales Management SkillsGood Negotiation Skills,
