Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION:
An ISO 9001-2008 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality ALUMINIUM PROFILES. It operates 2 advanced automated units, catering the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 32,000 TPA
  • ROLE
  1. As Factory Head, responsible for entire production of Unit 2, and will act as a medium between the management and the production team. Will be responsible for Productivity, Planning, Budgeting, Maintenance and Teams building
  2. Manage efficient integration of work flow, product planning on a weekly fortnightly and monthly basis
  3. Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment.
  4. Identify low level of productivity and plugs the gap on timely basis
  5. Management reporting from ERP, Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers.
  • CANDIDATE
  1. 20 years inlarge scale production / manufacturing unit dealing with any Metal or Alloy (A background in the Extrusion industry will be more than welcomed)
  2. Large team management experience. An exposure in managing close to 1000 employees (blue + white collar)
  3. Should have excellent people management skills
  4. Should have solid work experience in Production Management, Planning, Maintenance
  5. Should have good communication and leadership skills
  • LOCATION : Hyderabad
  • SALARY : 25-35 LPA
Required Candidate profile Ideal candidate is someone with 20 years of experience in the age group of 45-52, with production background in Metal / Alloy industries. Should be currently at the leadership role, handling responsibilities for the entire plant operations. Should have handled a team size of at least 500 employees (Incl Blue and White collar employees) ,
