Job Description

  • Organisation :
An ISO 9001-2008 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units, catering the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 32,000 TPA
  • Role: As Factory Head responsible for entire production of Unit 2, and will act as a medium between the management and the production team
  1. Responsible for Total production planning and take ownership of timely delivery of goods.
  2. Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
  3. Maps the product planning on a weekly fortnightly and monthly basis and keeps track monitory of recovery.
  4. Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment.
  5. Identifies low level of productivity and plugs the gap on timely basis.
  6. Ensure all reporting is done through ERP and reports generated for submission for management to review. No compromise will be acceptable in this regard.
  7. Ensure adequate raw material and required goods are in order to ensure smooth and effective production takes place.
  8. Ensure defined production standards are maintained, compromising neither quality nor timelines.
  9. Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers.
  10. Administer all financial functions of facility and prepare all required budgets and forecast same as per required budget.
  11. Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
  12. Provide support to all facility activities and prepare profit plans for plant.
  13. Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
  14. Ensure achievement of all customer commitments as per OPSI plans and achieve all internal business metrics.
  15. Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement to all SPAN.
  16. Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule
  • Candidate
  1. 15 - 18 Years experience in handling Production Dept, should be currently a Plant Head or Associate Plant Head.
  2. Must have experience in handling a factory with a team size of about 500+ employees
  3. Preferred industry background - Aluminium / Extrusion
  4. BE / BTech / BSc / Diploma
  • Location : H yderabad
  • Salary : 25-30 LPA (Flexible for deserving candidates)
