Roles and ResponsibilitiesDescription: The primary work experience revolves in the field of service industry of automobileswith secondary experience in electrical vehicle servicing. Currently working as a Regional/ AreaService Manager role in a 3-W OEM. Detailed understanding of service process flow, spare sales andmanufacturing process. Client focused approach with clinical complaint resolution focus. Detailedideas of record keeping and inventory management. Coordinating PAN India with different servicepartners to ensure lean process implementation with shortest turn-around time. Weekly reportgeneration and sharing with the management to plan and forecast stocking quantity. Location: Hyderabad Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in mechanical engineeringExperience: 10-15 years of total relevant experience. 3-W electrical vehicle industry experience is a must. Hiring all management positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developingshort and long-term goals for each department manager (includes administrative, sales, parts,collision and service departments). Understanding of Complete service process including sales and insurance claim settlement andexposure into inventory management software Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking thenecessary steps to resolve these complaints. Vendor management and good relations to manufacturer for shorter stock replacement time. Quality check, part inspection and process flow setup. Align strategically to the company business goals and initiate strategic projects in and around design.
