TC s focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Cloud Controls, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.Global Identity & Access Management:-Global Identity and Access Management team provides identity and access management solutions for the firms infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.-Mainframe Technology operations role will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers for fulfilling System access requests by leveraging multiple tools and systems for execution, you will be responsible for performing access administration daily functions in addition to driving security related projects and leading our automation efforts.You will also be accountable for process improvement/definition, risk standards alignment, oversight, and assist leadership on the platform administration functions. You will serve as a Liaison between clients and other technical groups to resolve access issues and will be responsible for complying with Information Technology Risk policies and standards. Ready to work on Flexible schedule in support of a global production environment.GIAM-OPS delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase s Clients and Employees with a focus on risk reduction, stability, security, resiliency and efficiencies. GIAM s focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase. Responsibilities include:
• Perform security administration on Mainframe and Large Midrange servers, ensuring access is granted in accordance with Security Access Control policies, established standards and procedures.
• Analysis of requests for potential risk exposure prior to processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues.
• Answer general inquiries regarding RACF and ACF2 security practice or access.
• Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Mainframe, for both internal and external audits.
• Execute test scripts and perform sampling in preparation of audit review;
• Perform required reconciliation to resolve open audit issues.
• Ensure communications are customer focused and professional.
Internal/External Qualifications:
• 5-7 years hands on experience with ACF2 and RACF
• Basic understanding of Information Security policies/practices;
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the following products: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, written and Organizational skills
• Open to flexible work schedule including weekend shifts
• Good familiarity with Security Tools like RACF, ACF2, ETFA and Zsecure.
• Hands on skills with JCL & IBM Utilities.
