266637BRGlobal Master Data Process OwnerJob DescriptionThe Global Master Data Process owner (MD GPO) is responsible for defining and owning the end to end master data processes including workflows , in order to deliver high quality data that can be consumed globally.Your responsibilities:Define & deliver process definition of master data management for all providers & consumers of master data within Novartis Pharma. Own & deliver sustainable business change management process relevant to data changes due to business process enhancements (performing impact analysis) , including definition of data security model , ie. RACI on create , read , update , delete and use for the full lifecycle of master data. Defines and delivers consistent high quality of master data , integrity which supports cross functional information flow of global business processes. Define , analyse & publish information using relevant data , to drive performance of Novartis Pharma. Develop fully integral business processes & data business process , proactively triggers and supports process improvements / changes. Integrate & partner fully with strategic programme such as NOSSCE , Demand & supply Management , future ERP , CCEx etc , to deliver a single , harmonized end to end master data process and it s lifecycle. Proactively drives continuous improvement regarding Global Master Data Management Processes , tools and rules by aligning processes and business requirements. Excellent ability to collaborate with IT to deliver efficient data , process & system usage. Triggers and executes data management process training including on - site support. Leads and supports corrective actions for data maintenance / cleansing. Integrates yourself with Master data management strategy , governance & operations group (MDG unit) to deliver full end to end value to Novartis Pharma organization. Compliance with GxP requirements and document all relevant data processes into a simple , coherent and comprehensive global operating procedure.Minimum requirementsDesirable requirements:University Graduation or Higher English fluent written and spoken , additional language - preferred Minimum 6+ years or more relevant experience Master data concept knowledge and master data application set up Experience of working in a multicultural self - directed team Strong project experience in cross functional projects Good knowledge of GxP Thought leadership on building capabilities and capacities to align with functional requirements with the overall MDM strategyYou ll receive: (not mandatory)Breakdown of benefits received in this role.
