That is also the number of people you may impact as our new internal consultant.Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible to develop the implementation strategy for an effective and efficient Driver Care Program within the Americas/Asia/EMEA regions in alignment with business objectives and key stakeholders requirements (business leaders, Fleet program owners etc.). Acts as subject matter expert on various HSE topics and programs, with a focus on Driver Care/Driver Safety Establishes a strong and effective network and connection with key business leadership and regional HSE / business stakeholders. Represent Novartis at global platforms such as the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS), Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP) etc. Sets strategic direction and drive implementation of the Novartis Driver Care program in the Regions and Countries where Novartis operates. Develop and align strategic & tactical elements of the program with Global HSE, Global Fleet program owners and key business stakeholders. Further collaborate and leverage these various stakeholders to deliver the required result and ensure quality of implementation and support Responsible to define Global HSE Plan deliverables and key performance indicators on Driver Care for Novartis encompassing Lagging Indicators such as Collisions per Million Miles , Preventable Collisions per Million Miles and Leading Indicators such us Percentage of Drivers Classified as High-Risk Drivers or Percentage of Drivers Who Have Completed Driver Care Training . Responsible to review, update and implement the HSE Driver Care Global Operating Procedure (GOP) Ensure streamlined data collection and communication of driver care statistics to support Driver Care program elements. Drives synergies across the Regions to improve organizational effectiveness and use of shared resources (internal & external). Identifies needs, gaps and opportunities in Driver Care performance and guides solutions in the regions as well as in specific global HSE topics and programs (e.g. Technical Safety, Biosafety, Process Safety Management etc.) as needed. Look beyond the internal driver-safety program to bring learnings from different industries to bring fresh ideas, foster continuous improvement and facilitate the exchange of best practices. Must have demonstrated success in developing and implementing a successful Global driver safety program, fully aware of different cultures, practices and risks across multiple geographies. Preferably with In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices etc. company, with oversight for sales and marketing employees on Driver Care / Driver Safety and on fleet management Experience in leading high impact processes and implementation of improvements across global/regional matrix organizations with cross-functional exposure. Possess in-depth expertise knowledge and experience in one or more risk focus areas with advanced knowledge and experience on Driver Care / Driver Safety. Desirable: Minimally, should have a college/university degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, occupational health and/or medicine, engineering, or related field.
