Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE Social & Digital Media :
    1. Manage the social media platforms of the brand -Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, youtube, Linkedin.
    2. Planning of Weekly, Monthly and yearly content calendar.
    3. Budget for Social media spends as per calendar.
    4. Work closely with the agency for social media creatives promoting brand offers, communication, events and other mall communications.
    5. Coordinating with brands for their offers, new collections and event promotions through Mall social media platforms.
    6. Deciding on the targeting and media spends on social platforms.
    7. Responsible for online contests, increasing follower base and engagement and overall growth of the brand.
    8. Working on video content, from script to execution.
    9. Connecting on ground to online to drive maximum footfalls to the Mall.
    10. Reporting and analysis of monthly performance on social and digital.
    11. Competitor analysis on regular basis.
    12. Coordinating with brands for various events through the year to get footfalls.
    13. Creating a 360 degree digital media planning for every event and optimising with the budgets for the best results.
    14. Responsible for brand promotions through google search, display ads and other paid promotions.
    Influencer Marketing :
    • Shortlisting and identifying influencers on event-to-event basis.
    • Creating script, flow, and communication to be covered through influencer postings.
    • Curating different types of Content from influencers for increased reach and awareness.
    • Creating Look books through the year promoting fresh fashion, new stores and latest happenings at the mall.
    Website & SEO :
    • Managing the brand website.
    • Updating the content, brand pages of 100+ stores on the website.
    • SEO and keyword ranking to increase website traffic across the page.
    • Maintaining brand listings : Managing GMB listings for the brand and stores with latest updates.
    • Increasing organic web traffic on the website on regular basis.
    • Working on improving the overall web experience.
    • Website revamp to be planned as per requirement.
    Club UNO:
    • Manage the overall loyalty program for the brand and create campaigns to increase in the customer base on regular basis.
    • Create, plan and execute campaigns for existing as well as new users about the program benefits.
    • Work on continuous development of the app for a seamless experience for the customers.
    • Ensure high redemption and usage rate for the app.
    • Suggest campaigns on a regular basis for Gv consumption and point redemption.
