Job Description

    1. Graphic Design for Digital and Print Media:Design and create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website banners. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
    2. Collaboration with Marketing Team:Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements. Translate marketing concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that capture the target audiences attention.
    3. Consistency in Branding:Maintain a consistent design language across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring the companys brand image is unified and recognizable in all communications.
    4. Project Management and Deadline Adherence:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring each project is completed on time and to the required standards. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
    5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Continuously stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques. Integrate the latest industry best practices and innovative design trends into your work to ensure modern and relevant designs.
    6. Artwork Preparation:Prepare and finalize design files for printing and digital distribution, ensuring that all necessary specifications (resolution, formats, color schemes, etc.) are adhered to for a high-quality output.
    7. Proofreading and Quality Control:Review designs for errors in typography, layout, and other elements before finalizing and distributing them. Proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives.
    8. Maintain Organized Design Assets:Organize and manage a digital library of design assets, including fonts, templates, images, and final artwork. Ensure all project files are easily accessible and well-structured for future reference.
    Key Skills:
    • Adobe InDesign Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must, with strong knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Typography and Layout Design: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing designs.
    • Brand Consistency: Ability to ensure consistency in visual design and branding across various channels.
    • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple design projects at once while adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
    • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in design, content, and presentation.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
    • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs while maintaining creativity and quality.
