Creates and drives the NTO learning development strategy, ensuring the provision of high quali-ty, effective learning programs to support building individual and organisational capabilities, in partnership with the content owners. Builds and establishes the Learning Development Team for NTO. Leads the NTO Training & Learning team in the Hyderabad Operations Center.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the NTO Training & Learning team in the Hyderabad Operations Center; represent T&L in the Hyderabad Ops Center LT. Build and lead the Learning Development Team, ensuring effective on-boarding of an appropriate skills mix covering instructional design, e-learning development, technical and GxP training. Represent the Learning Development Team, and the Hyderabad team, in the NTO T&L Leadership Team. Establish, implement and continually improve learning development processes and standards, to ensure that learning programs are aligned with business needs and deliver the defined outcomes. Ensure appropriate collaboration across end-to-end process. Create and manage the NTO learning program development portfolio (3-5 years planning horizon). Drive the creation of a Learning Catalogue for NTO, manage and maintain the data. Manage on time and on budget delivery of learning programs and ensure clear communication with all involved stakeholders. Oversee vendor selection and manage chosen vendors to ensure appropriate use of resources to design, develop and/or deliver learning programs. Lead the provision of learning programs to improve technical and functional capabilities, applying adult learning principles and instructional design to ensure defined business and learning outcomes are achieved. Drive the process of measuring knowledge retention, on-the-job transfer and learning impact while ensuring alignment with the capability and business requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain evaluation strategies to measure and report on the effectiveness of global learning programs. Acquire and apply leading edge expertise in learning methods and/or technologies, develop and disseminate best practices within the learning community.
