HCM - Expert Interfaces at KK Consulting Services (1 Opening) Work Experience: 5.0 Year(s) To 7.0 Year(s) Key areas of accountability/responsibility Interface Landscape Support Design, develop technical and interface specifications, i.e. BDS, etc. Designing and conducting user acceptance testing where applicable Explaining business process to technical teams for creation of TDS Work with 3rd party vendors, i.e. NgA, Concur, Fieldglass, etc., looking to exchange data when on-boarding acquisitions and new global/local interfaces Work . HCM Expert Interfaces Hyderabad/Secunderabad :KK Consulting Services HCM - Expert Interfaces KK Consulting Services Key areas of accountability/responsibility Interface Landscape Support Design, develop technical and interface specifications, i.e. BDS, etc. Designing and conducting user acceptance testing where applicable Explaining business process to technical teams for creation of TDS Work with 3rd party vendors, i.e. NgA, Concur, Fieldglass, etc., looking to exchange data when on-boarding acquisitions and new global/local interfaces Work regularly with IT support team (webMethods) for Middleware (Zero-Interface) management. Act as liaison (middleman) between sender and receiver Monitor the daily processing of regular scheduled interfaces from end-to-end Continuous Improvement from end-to-end Keep interfaces in line with new/changing CLIENT architectural principles/security regulations/system requirements. Respond to connectivity issues end-to-end from receiver system to middleware to sending system. Encryption/User Management, i.e. handle expiring PGP keys, expiring users etc HR Interface Expert for onboarding of HR IS systems (adding/deleting/changing (key) data fields Participate/initiate knowledge workshops to determine scope Collect Functional Requirements Scripts/Functional Designs Scripts to determine solution Knowledge support during creation of Change Request Tier 1 and 2 Support (Troubleshooting) Remedy Ticket handling for interfacing/MDM overlap Questions: be available for all related questions with regards to HR interfaces Meetings: general or HR interface specific NgA HR source system IWAS webMethods Middleware Receiving systems where applicable, i.e. Talent Suite, IdM, Concur, VMS, etc. HR Interface Landscape Document Business Rules (changes/improvements) Incident & Change management Escalation, Disaster & Recovery He/she observes the Security / Privacy regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when an insecure situation occurs.,
