263811BRHead Clinical AnalyticsJob DescriptionThe Global Head , Clinical Analytics is responsible for defining and executing data and analytics strategies in a dynamic environment and in support of programs and operations. He is accountable for delivering customer centric solutions to contribute to clinical operational excellence and innovation. This role will work in partnership with business leaders to develop data - informed strategies in service of enterprise goals and by developing and supporting operational analytics and integrated reporting capabilities to measure current performance , forecast parameters for trial planning and execution , and quantify risks to delivery of trials and submissions. This role will involve overseeing the selection , development and utilization of data analysts to support the portfolio of projects and data reporting needs including regular evaluation of business requirements with GDO line functions. Also collaborating in the design of proposed solutions for recommendation leading the development , delivery , maintenance and usage tracking of technical solutions with agreed standards for usability / UI design , testing and validation. As the owner of Metric / KPI Reporting process and governance as well as day - to - day ad hoc reporting , data analytics , modelling and algorithm development. The role will include vendor management to leverage industry data as part of internal decision - making.Minimum requirementsMSc / PhD (or equivalent) in life science , computer science , statistics , mathematics , or business administration with relevant industry experience of minimum 10+ years Fluent English (oral and written) 1. 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry or information services industry experience , with previous experience in either drug development or project management , in the Pharmaceutical , CRO or Technology Services industry 2. Strong leadership and people management skills in global setting and proven ability to develop high performing teams and diverse profiles 3. Significant experience , and proven ability to effectively engage & manage associates from widely varying backgrounds & functions within a dispersed and highly matrixed organization 4.
