COMPANY PROFILE Manomay is a Global IT Consulting Firm for Insurance Industry within Insurance , we provide Consultancy Services to Property & Casualty Insurers / Reinsurers and Insurance Technology Vendors. With business technology alignment as the Emphasis , the Company works very closely with customers on issues primarily at strategic and operational levels and provides expertise through strategic planning , decision making , implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT Initiatives. The company s current customer base is in Caribbean Islands and Europe and has been working very closely with customers for implementation of Enterprise IT Vendor Products from Duck Creek / Accenture , IDIT Technologies , and Mphasis Wyde etc. The Company plans to expand base into US with Insurance Technology Vendors as the primary target , in 2014. The company is currently based out of Hyderabad , India and has plans to start the US Operations this year. Job Responsibilities / Role: Service delivery to the customers includes Customer / Account / Project Team / Deliverables Management Work very closely with the team and guide them on best consulting practices , analysis and pattern based thinking and therefore , highest quality deliverables to the Customers Be hands on , when and where required Support CEO in streamlining the consulting practice and develop Knowledge Assets within the company Work very closely with CEO and be part of providing strategic services to the Customers , such as Strategy Creation , Vendor Selection and Business Process Design etc Be the eyes and ears of the Company to identify better ways of managing the work , solving customers problems and identifying new opportunities from existing customers Support in Pre - Sales , if and when required Help Build the team and consulting practice Experience / Skills: 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and IT Space with equal experience in Business and Technology Specific implementation and management experience in P & C Enterprise Software Systems (Such as IDIT Technologies , Majesco Mastek , OneShield , Guidewire etc) Experience in the complete SDLC for P & C Insurance IT involvement in the gap analysis / business process designs / business architecture / design / development / quality assurance phases Project management Preparation of project proposals , scope of work documents Project Estimation / Planning , Resource fulfillment and Customer Interaction Extensive Experience in dealing with international customers Expertise in MS Excel and MS Power Point Direct P & C insurance Working experience in Underwriting and Claims is an advantage Extensive Knowledge of the General ( P & C) Insurance Industry Excellent communication , documentation and presentation skills Good Analytical , Problem Solving and Interpersonal and especially Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Masters in Technology with a minimum of 75% average from Institute of repute Professional Certifications in P&C Insurance is a plus (Preferable certifications - Associate in Information Technology , Associate in / Program In General Insurance) Following additional qualifications are a big PLUS o PMP Certification o Masters in Business Administration ,
