Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in Hyderabad. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure productive workflows, and manage staff schedules to maintain a patient-centered approach. Core responsibilities include supervising customer service delivery, managing budgets and finances, monitoring compliance with medical regulations, supporting staff training, and facilitating communication between patients and staff. The role is integral to fostering a positive, organized, and productive clinical environment. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent patient experiences and effective interaction with the team.- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee the clinics operational and financial performance.- Knowledge in Medicine or relevant healthcare practices to ensure compliance with medical standards and procedures.- Experience in Training and staff development to foster the growth of the clinic team.- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.- Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management is an advantage.- A bachelors degree or relevant certification in healthcare management, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
