Job Description

We re looking for someone like that who can:1. Act as a first point of contact for any Swaps Lifecycle related issues for OTC & Equity products2. Make sure our controls are robust and efficient around Give ups , Give ins and commission process3. Working closely with trading desk and core location team to enhance deliver and work on projects4. Driving improved communication between UBS and offshore teams5. Be an SME in Equity Swap and complex derivatives products and work closely with settlement6. A great team player - Partnering with other team members to increase their understanding of the product area7. Participating into various ongoing strategic projects in gathering business requirements, conducting UAT testing and raising issue logs with concerned automation teams8. Participating in calls with various counterparties to resolve issues9. Ensuring Dividend calculation and corporate action processing done in timely mannerShould have really good Derivative knowledge and understanding on accounting skill and a fair understanding of Ledger/Subledger11. Ensuring process SOPs and other critical process documents are timely prepared and updatedYour teamYou ll be working in the Equity Swap Financing Trade support Team. We are responsible for the correct and timely processing of financing trades As a strong member of the team you will work closely within the integrated value chain and our global / international interfaces, experience in financial services relevant experience in securities products, ideally in Equity swaps and Prime brokerage command of Microsoft Excel / Power Point / Word / Outlook Knowledge on Alteryx , Power BI and Automation anywhere would be added advantage. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly totally focused on client service and timely execution of task orders motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving) Experience in a work environment which required attention to detail and adherence to specific rules and standards required Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Good Product knowledge on equity Derivative Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required Ability to research and understand financial concepts Candidate should be willing to work in international shifts
