    Dear Candidates,Currently we are hiring forAR CallerExperience-1-8 YearsLocation- Hyderabad(banjara Hills)JOB DESCRIPTIONRole DescriptionThis is a full-time Senior AR Caller role located in Hyderabad. As a Senior AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, making collection calls, and resolving payment discrepancies. You will also handle insurance claims, verify patient insurance coverage, and maintain accurate billing records. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.We are looking for AR Callers with 1-3 years of experience to join our team . The ideal candidate should have expertise in AR Calling, specifically in CMS-1500/UB04, and a thorough understanding of Denial Management processes.Key Responsibilities:* Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling activities efficiently and effectively.* Demonstrate end-to-end process knowledge in Denial Management.* Complete and submit appropriate claim forms following CMS and third-party payer guidelines.* Ensure timely and accurate communication with payers regarding claim status and resolution of denials.* Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.Must-have Skills:* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AR Calling.* Proficiency in CMS-1500/UB04 processes.* Strong knowledge of Denial Management.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good-to-have Skills:* Experience in Denial Handling.* Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes & healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)Regards,Shivani Lowanshihidden_mobilehidden_email
