Primary Skills: 1. Candidate should possess through understanding on Data Networking concepts Routing, Switching, Connectivity and good acumen on troubleshooting. 2. Should have hands on with Cisco CatOS (Cisco Catalyst OS). 3. Clear understanding on NAT ting. 4. Experience with common networking devices such as switches and firewalls. Commonly used brands include Cisco. 5. Candidate will provide network basic diagnostic and troubleshooting experience. 6. Should carry realtime hands on experience with Solarwinds and any leading monitoring tools. 7. Knowledge on VMware switching. 8. Work on group ticket queues for Incidents, Service Requests and CRs using ServiceNow. 9. Should be ready to be deployed in to the project and interact with the customer with the minimum transition period. 10. Need to raise the change and work on the configuration of Checkpoint firewall. 11. Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting Firewall problems remotely. 12. Handle Networking DNS issues. 13. Requires good oral and written communication. 14. Plan and perform planned outages and good documentation capabilities. 15. Understand the customer new requirements and work accordingly.
