    Immediate Hiring for Customer support(Voice Support)_Tech Mahindra_ Erramanzil Hyderabad
    • Role voice Process.
    • Industry Type- BPO.
    • Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
    • Education Qualification- HSC or Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
    • Languages Known : English Telugu or Hindi
    • Experience : 0 to 4 Years
    • Package : 2.1 LPA to 3.2 LPA (based on Language and Experience )
    • Work Location: Pranava One, Erramanzil Hyderabad. (Work from Office)
    • Interview Location : Tech Mahindra Limited, Pranava One, 6-5-654, Punjagutta Rd, Raj Bhavan Quarters Colony, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082.
    • Land Mark : beside Erramanzil Metro station

    • Pure dayshifts for Girls. Boys 24/7 shift.
    • Interview Timings: 15 Jan 2025 to 25 Jan 2025 @ 10:00 AM - 2:00PM

    • Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally.
    • Can speak fluently in English/Telugu & English/Hindi languages.
    • Help patients on booking appointments or an enquiry on inbound calls/Outbound calls/E-mail
    • Shift Hours: 24/7window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females (any 9 hours login between 6am to 9pm)
    • Working days: 6 with 1 day rotational off.
    • Shifts Allocated: Rotational day shift
