Duties: Continuously collaborate with internal teams, instrument vendors, and business clients to ensure solutions are implemented with minimal down time. Update Ticket Queue to reflect work completed Knowledge/ Skills: Proven customer service experience (5 years experience in system / software support services a plus) Pharmaceutical experience working in a laboratory environment a plus Strong understating of Windows XP, SMS, Network Associates Active Client Suite (McAfee) Strong understating of Bench- top Computer Systems, RS232, IEEE, and TCPIP network trouble shooting skills. An understanding of LPR/ TCPIP printing across various printing types a plus.
