Job Descriptionhere are the various combination of skillsets that we can look for while hiring contractor:1.Anyone who has at least 3-4 years of scripting experience on Service-Now platform and not administration on platform(Ideal case)2.Anyone who has overall 4-6 years of overall experience with strong scripting background(using language like JavaScript, HTML, bootstrap and angular),however ServiceNow scripting experience can be relaxed.
