Job Description

Looking for Principal Consultant - Fusion HCM (Functional) Core HR Absences for an start-up in Hyderabad ! Needed for Immediate Joiners or less than 30 Days notice period candidates. Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 12 yrs of experience in Oracle Fusion / E-Business HCM Modules.
  • Should have alteast 4 implementations Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
  • Must have strong record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions, Including Extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and Solution design.
  • Should have done end to end implementation for the below modules.
* Core HR * Absences * ESS and MSS
  • Good to have knowledge on below modules.
* Fusion Time and Labour * Fusion Compensation and Benefits
  • Should be able to write fast formulas
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have good understanding of AIM / OUM processes / Phases and Documentaion.
