Happy applying!Visit us at https://aka.ms/STCISearch Technology Center India (STCI) team is looking for a seasoned AI Leader who will take on the role of Group PM for Search and AI team who will be responsible for a set of Bing Services - Recommendation services (AutoSuggest, People Also Ask and Related Searches), Tail Ranking and Trustworthy Bing. In addition you will be responsible for a set of Azure Cognitive Services like Speech & Translation for Indian languages and QnA as a language service. This is an ideal role for you if your passion is to define and build consumer products and services at scale using AI.In this role you will have the opportunity to make huge impact on hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide, and millions of developers using AI/ML. You will have the opportunity to make Bing Search be more relevant, help users with suggestions and query formulation, create a safer and more inclusive experience by proposing and implementing responsible AI techniques for users worldwide. Besides consumers, you can make a big impact to developer & startup ecosystem by innovating, building and shipping AI models as Azure Cognitive APIs for areas like conversation, Question & Answering and other language services. This will involve working with Data Scientists, Machine Learning and Software engineers building cutting edge algorithms using Deep Learning techniques to improve user experiences.In addition to defining and building products, the job will also require you to set up internal and external partnerships, manage stakeholders and partner satisfaction and building a high performance organization that is at the heart of the largest AI Center of Excellence organization in India. You will also have the opportunity to incubate & create innovative products / features., The candidate would ideally have 10+ years of experience in using AI/ML to improve product experiences. Any experience with NLP, Languages, Translation and Responsible AI will be a big plus. You should also have managed teams of Product Managers who will deeply need to understand customer scenarios, analyze online usage, build/validate/test hypotheses, experiment, ship features continuously online and build feedback loops to improve the product continuously.
