Job Description

Greetings!Roles & Responsibilities,

  • Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities.
  • such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
  • Responsible for both HR and Administration within the organization Self-motivated candidate.
  • Ensure voluntary attrition maintained within the set guideline.
  • Drive employee engagement score as per corporate target.
  • Define and establish mechanisms to create internal talent pipeline for lateral vacancies.
  • Ensure 100% communication of HR policies and processes to all employees.
Required Candidate profile:
  • High level expertise in use of statistical tools, HRIS systems and software including Microsoft products viz., Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good executive presence with ability to manage change within a global organization.
  • Must have Project management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of highly motivated HR team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High degree of customer eccentricity and situational fluency Excellent communication and analytical skills
