    Job Description -Understanding the resource requirement.Sourcing profiles using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, Referrals and Networking.Resume filtering.Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates tech / non-tech abilities, professionalism and communication skills.Maintaining the DatabaseScreen CV (candidate sourcing, talk to each candidate before sending their CVs to the client, ensure brief them about the client, requirements, opportunity, screening, pre- qualifying, negotiating salary,) Check candidate interest.Scheduling interviews with the technical panel of the company with regard to scheduling of telephonic and face-to-face interviews.Obtaining feedback on Candidates from the panel.
