Job Description

    ICM _ mahendra3 - 6 yearsHyderabad/Secunderabad, Bangalore/Bengaluru1. Candidate should have minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience ICM2. Having Service Management experience is plus3. Design and create Compensation Plans4. Integrate and import the data into ICM system5. Setup Payment, goals. Troubleshoot issues with compensations.6. Working knowledge with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (OIC) Tool7. Experience with Commissions and Compensation process8. Hands-on experience with OIC Compensation plans, Classification rules, complex Formulas, Flexfields , Security, Report, Import and Webservices.9. Must be able to accomplish tasks and goals in a timely and efficient manner10. Must know Microsoft Office Suite11. Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.12. Strong problem solving skills.13. Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customers critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.14. Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities
