Our Customer Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistanceby diagnosing and solving the issues with the goalof providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats, Emails and Voice communication
    • Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Quick and effectively buildthe rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
    • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times
    Key Skills:
    • Candidates with a good understanding of Ecommerce websites.
    • Possessing good verbal, written communication and comprehensionskills
    • Good Team player and exceptional Typing speed
    • Excellent Interpersonal and Intrapersonalskills
    EligibilityCriteria:
    • Undergraduates ( No Backlogs ) and above ( Not pursuing any regular studies )
    • Minimum 6 Monthsworkexperience into customer support and also fresher with B2 communication skills are also welcomed
    • Immediate Joiners preferred
    • Willing toworkin rotational shifts ( Mostly Night and Late Night shifts )
