If you have 1 to 3 years of experience in voice-based customer support, are available for immediate joining, and are ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we invite you to apply!Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide top-tier customer service and resolve issues via inbound/outbound calls.
    • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
    • Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Follow company processes and protocols for managing customer interactions.
    • Escalate unresolved issues as per company procedures.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous service improvement.
    Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO, KPO, customer service, etc.).
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
    • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
    Educational Requirements:
    • Any Graduate or Postgraduate from any stream.
