Manager- FARO Responsible for Internal Academic Audit of Programmes, Implementation of student policies across programmes and meeting all the developmental needs of the department. Responsibilities Faculty Alignment and Registrar s office (FARO) office at the School is responsible for internal Academic Audit for all the academic programmes. This role is responsible for all audit related activities involving programme offices. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth functioning of the department and adhering to audit timelines. The primary responsibility of the job holder is to closely work with the Director in academic audit of all academic Programmes on a continuous basis to validate the accuracy of data. The incumbent will be responsible to prepare Quarterly reports of the Internal Audit, track action plans and ensure implementation of the recommendations of the internal audit team. The job holder is expected to coordinate with the programme offices for data collection and validation. Manage the data making it easily retrievable and preparation of MIS reports. Incumbent needs to be driven, should have attention to detail, should be meticulous, sincere and be willing to take up additional responsibilities should the role require. S/he should be capable of, multi-tasking, working under tight deadlines and staying calm under pressure. S/he should have a demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently plan, organize, coordinate and perform in situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved. While the School offers flexibility, the incumbent is expected to work long hours, over weekends and should be willing to travel.
