Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPP)and ensure efficient workload/capacity planning.
    • Manage raw material and sub-assembly flow to the workshop and finished goods distribution.
    • Optimize supply chain performance and internal stock management (Kanban).
    • Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM)and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times.
    • Monitor and enhance downstream supply chain performance(BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, etc.).
    • Act as Key User for SCM systems, ensuring data accuracy and system updates inSAP and local tools.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5-7 years of experiencein production and supply chain management.
    • Strong expertise indemand planning, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and issue resolution.
    • Proficient incross-cultural communication and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability toinfluence, convince, and drive sustainable results.
