Job Description

    Hiring for Senior Technical WriterTechnical writing experience (5 years desired).Max CTC-18 LPALocation-Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.High Level Responsibilities
    • Create high-quality Technical documentation
    • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify content gaps.
    • Use a suite of internal tools to draft, develop, and publish content.
    • Administer user experience surveys/studies to measure satisfaction
    Expected ExperienceQualified Technical Writers will be expected to have the following experience:
    • Excellent writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Knowledge and proficiency in process workflows and process understanding
    • Knowledge of authoring tools and formats for generating SOPs
    • Understand documentation process and life cycle
    • Understand project norms and metrics
    • Ability to handle basic graphics for documents
    • Self-motivated and flexible
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of the software and technical
    • publications teams
    • Passion for excellence and quality
    • Patience and strong attention to detail
    Ideal candidates should have the following experience/skills:
    • Technical writing and instructional design experience (5 years desired).
    • Fluent in English language and grammar.
    • Strong writing and editing ability.
    • Proficiency with Confluence.
    • Jira proficiency a bonus!
    • Ability to write according to our internal style guide.
