    Dear Applicant,Hiring for Service Delivery Manager - Investment Banking OperationsLocation - HyderabadNight shiftNotice upto - 2mthsctc upto 18lpaSkills required - cash flows, transfers, payments & investmentMinimum 10-12yrs of experience incash flows, transfers, payments & investmentJD:
    • Handle operations related to cash flows, transfers, payments & investment
    • Coordinating with internal teams and onshore team
    • Quick learner and ability to demonstrate the learnings
    • Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Responsible for day-to-day work, process flows and constantly endeavoring to be able to lead the team from the front
    • Executives should be able to look up to him/her for help, advice and guidance whenever required
    • Directs the organization of work within the team including duty roasters and vacations etc
    • Ensures all the records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements
    • Strong team player with good problem solving skills and the ability to handle complex tasks simultaneously
    • Ensuring teams performance in terms of compliance with SLAs
    • Setting benchmarks for the team
    • Reporting to the senior manager on performance, status and any escalations
    • Managing assessment and development of team members
    • Should be well verse in MS Office Excel formula & functions
    • Open to work in flexible shifts
    • Excellent in Client Interaction and presentation skills
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skill, with good in email etiquette.
