    Hiring For Sourcing Analyst profile4 - 9 years6,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.Hyderabad/SecunderabadLevel of Hiring : SME, TL and TMOffering CTC : SME-Max 6.8lpaTL: Max 9 - 10.5lpaTM: DependsLooking f`or Immediate Joiners or Max 60 days notice periodTrack: Strategic SourcingLocation: HyderabadRole Title: SME/TL/TM (Individual Contributor)Typical Grade: Analyst / Sr. Analyst / Lead AnalystReporting to: Team Manager/Delivery ManagerPosition SummaryThis role is responsible for supporting strategic sourcing activities including but not limited to Review, draft and negotiate Master Agreements, Licensing contracts, Software schedules, Amendments, transactional contracts, and other similar contracts.Key Result AreasDevelop Sourcing strategies and contract negotiationsReview and analyze contract data, business goals and identify cost saving opportunitiesCustomize contract risk terms and draft non-standard contract terms and conditions to address business and risk concernsAchieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures and compliance requirementsResearch and respond to internal or external inquiriesTypical ResponsibilitiesBusiness / CustomerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactively inform management about potential issues / escalationsAttend and actively participate in client meetingsProvide all internal & external regular and ad-hoc reports on timeProject/ProcessManage Contracts Negotiations and ensure timely service delivery.Manages spend categories IT / Professional services/ Facilities/ corporate/GeneralistWorks with key stakeholders (senior leaders) across the LOB or enterprise to determine the long-term needs and applicable supply/service strategies.Develops Strategic Sourcing strategies and leads contract negotiations for high-risk products and/or services, and suppliers who have significant strategic business impactsProactively identifies risk-related issues and identifies alternative options/solutions based upon standard templatesManages supplier relationships of high risk and/or complexity with significant impact to the business strategy Perform analysis of clauses in Contracts and identify the risks and obligations to customerAccountable for category savings targets for multiple categories and supplier performance measurementsCustomizes contract risk terms and drafts non-standard contract terms and conditions to proactively address business and risk concernsControls all aspects of negotiation and sets negotiation strategyResearches and analyzes contract data, business needs and market condition and proactively identifies cost savings opportunitiesWork with senior leadership level stakeholders both from delivery teams and from legal/contract signing teams to ensure that the contractual document gets executed in the stipulated time set forthKnowledge of Oracle People soft / JEDI would be added advantagePeople / TeamAttend and provide support in all team eventsAttend & complete all nominated trainingsEnsure escalation of process / team issues to reporting managerDegree of Independence/Supervision requiredInitially high supervision needed, which is expected to go down gradually with time and settle at moderate levelsTeam Management Responsibilities (wherever applicable)-NAQualification:Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or Business/Management/LLB or Good legal interpretation skills8+ years of overall experience and 5+ years in Commercial contract review, Analysis, and NegotiationsKnowledge in supply chain management.Strong analytical skillsSkills RequiredHave a strong understanding of general contracting principles and concepts and be able to critically analyze risks associated with terms and conditions in contract documentsEffectively communicate legal concepts and risksHave strong inter-personal skills, and be able to work with and adapt to diverse internal business personnel and external customersUnderstanding of major legal & commercial terms used in contractsAny additio nal Course in Contract management will be a plus
