Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Looking for English Teacher for a reputed IB school to teach (11th to 12th Classes) Hyderabad, TELANGANA.
  • The candidate should possess a minimum experience of 4 to 6 years, and a minimum qualification of BA and B.Ed.
  • IB Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Take an active role in behavioral management and pastoral care of class groups.
  • Attend and constructively contribute in staff meetings.
  • Assist in supervision of student breaks.
  • Coordinate class activities as deemed necessary.
  • Maintain uptodate records of assessment, attendance, planning, reports, conferences, and communication with parents.
  • Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress.
  • Assist, as required, in the development of social and emotional curricular materials.
  • Act as a resource/contact/support for new staff members (i.e. curriculum, schedules, and procedures).
  • Contribute at least 15 hours beyond the regular contract time to supervise student activities.
  • Participate in and assist with school events as required.
  • Ensure that every student receives suitable academic challenges in every lesson and makes progress in their learning.
