    Hi,Greetings from Teleperformance!!Job description :Associate Technical Support Engineer Freshers and Experienced with 1-4 Years Technical Support
    • Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Television, Routers and Computers
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
    • Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
    • Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
    • The ability to think logically. Strong customer focus.
    • Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.
    • Willing to work 24/7 with rotational offs ( US Shifts ) Undergraduate or Graduate in Any stream
    • Role Technical Support.
    • Industry Type- BPO Non Voice.
