1.To visualise and take actions for increase of sale of TMT Bars and Cut & Bend Steel to projects.2.Lead sales team smartly through examples of hard work. 3.Ensure achievement of monthly sales target and find solutions to sustain / increase the sales. 4.Manage & enlarge the customer base and retain the existing customers with outstanding services. 5.Meeting clients and enhancing the usage of the steel for their other projects. 6.TMT bars are mostly sold on credit and we expect GM/VP to generate customers who pay advance payment and also have a tight grip over credit and ensure payments comes in time. 7.Keeping a tab on collection and ensuring that the collection objective is met. 8.Managing the shortages / other related issues and settling the issue by raising a CN / DN. 9.Close follow up with the clients in case of client s failure to pay the due outstanding. 10.Appointing, retaining & training the team members to boost sales and handle the queries / objection / doubts of the clients. 11.Motivating and delegating the task to team members and get the work done including Bangalore Branch. 12.Create systems to Oversee individual and team s performance. Ensuring all the leads to sales team is efficiently handled. 13.Maintaining the statuary norms of the office and ensuring the adherence to discipline regulation. 14.Manage the operation of the Branches like License, Expenses, Manpower, Work delegation. 15.Following up with the Taxations / other trade licenses related to sales and branch operations.
