TOPI Lead Job Description Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Supports process and training deliverables within platform or processes. 2. Supports the development of strategies to ensure effective training and knowledge within DO. 3. Supports the development of communications for initiatives pertaining to DO. 4. Accountable for Process and Training deliverables within remit to ensure full compliance to all applicable global regulatory requirements is maintained and business objectives are achieved. 5. Progresses DO towards complete, compliant, agile and simple end to end processes and effective training (Protocol/ Measure through Analysis and Reporting). Drives Process and Training organization towards agreed deliverables, proactively addressing potential issues before they become problematic 6. Build and maintain strong partnerships within DO. 7. Represents DO for training related initiatives. 8. Participates in improvement initiatives and/ or non- clinical projects 9. Ensure relevant SOPs/ Working practices/ trainings are in place, timely training and adherence within DO organization and cross functionally. In collaboration within the business, proactively reviews existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Minimum requirements Bachelor s degree recommended in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Medical Informatics or equivalent. Preferred Post- graduate university or college degree recommended in Life Sciences, Computer Sc. Fluent English (oral and written) 1. Significant relevant experience and knowledge in the Pharmaceutical or Device Industry. 2. Expert in regards to process development and training implementation. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. 3. Advanced knowledge in regards to regulatory requirements relevant to Data Management and Statistical Programming (e.g. GCP, ICH). 4. At least 3 years of experience in global drug development, within the pharmaceutical or device industry 5. A demonstrated expert in Data Management and Statistical Programming, providing guidance, mentoring and support to Process and Training Leads. 6. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Builds positive departmental and inter- departmental relationships. 7. Outstanding verbal and written skills. 8. Proven ability to proactively identify issues, recommend and implement solutions,
