  • Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience from BPO background is only considered.
  • Should have excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal).
  • Must be flexible working for Rotational shifts.
  • Looking for Immediate Joiners
  • Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate - 2 Year of CHAT exposure in International is mandatory.
  • Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues
Shifts : RotationalCAB FACILITY: Two WayCTC: 2.5 LPA- 4.25 LPA + IncentivesJob Requirement :1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)2. Graduates and above, with at least one year of international calling experience can apply.3. Professional Attitude with good service mindset.4. Basic knowledge about computers, Internet browsing.Job Responsibility:
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint;
  • Determining the cause of the problem;
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • Expediting correction or adjustment;
  • Following up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
