    Urgent | We are Hiring for Home Loans SalesNo Of opening : 03Location: Pune, Hyderabad, DelhiResponsibilities:Client Consultation:Meet with potential clients to understand their home financing needs.Provide detailed information on various home loan products and options available.Analyze clients financial situations to determine eligibility for different loan programs.Application Processing:Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.Collect and verify all necessary documents required for loan processing.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications.Guidance and Support:Educate clients on the intricacies of the home loan process.Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their loan applications.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate and complete documentation for each loan file.Stay informed about changes in lending regulations and guidelines.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.Work collaboratively with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors.Sales and Targets:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.Actively participate in promotional activities to generate leads and increase business.Market Research:Stay informed about market trends and competitive products.Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.Contact Person : Aishwarya hidden_mobile
