Job Description

    Responsibilities:Greet incoming and departing Customers warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned meeting rooms; present information brochures; coordinate with Sales team to ensure smooth handoff Understand Customer preferences and ensure their visit is memorableManage the flow of Customers into various meeting rooms & Tend to their special needs/ requests, if anyObservant to Customers needs throughout their visit to the site to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. offer them their choice of snack/ beverage, notice a drink refill is needed and ensuring the drink is refilled prior to getting back to the reception).Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety and other company policiesMaintaining decorum by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beveragesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededRequirements:Must be able to speak in English, Hindi and preferably one South Indian language.Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance.Must be able to prepare basic snacks (Sandwiches, rolls, etc.,) and a variety of hot beverages.Must be very skillful in food/ beverage presentation with appropriate use of crockery and cutlery.Must be able to walk and stand during most part of the working hours and must be able to carry trays or supplies.A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team.Passion for providing extraordinary service.
