274395BRHR Business Excellence PartnerJob DescriptionEnsure in- country Hire to Retire activities across NBS domains and functions. Provides high quality HR support to NBS people managers and associates, being able to anticipate and respond to local management needs and advises them on their people responsibilities. Cross- domain experts driving in- country standardized Hire- to- Retire activities and coordination of local HR processes (non HRS related). Also has proven capabilities and is learning agile on process simplification and innovative practices in HR. Note: in smaller countries a Country HR BP will also cover the role of HR BP Excellence. Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:HR processes: Execute in- country non HR Service related HR processes / activities, across NBS domains and ensures high quality standards. Leads or participates in HR projects aiming to improve local processes, this could include care management cases, BPO involvement etc. Business partnering Advisory and ConsultingBe a credible HR Business Excellence Partner for People Managers and advice on HR related matters.Ensure customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate service delivery.Support managers to facilitate improvement and actively manages low performers. Drives the growing manager and employee self- sufficiency in basic people processes and matters.Organizational Development: Support the execution of local implementation of organizational changes, in line with NBS / Domain Strategy and local regulations / policies. Talent Management: Coaches clients on developmental tools / techniques. Reward: Execute reward and recognition activities, in line with local policies / timelines. Performance Management:Advice on individual performance management process including Performance Improvement plans.Employment Regulations: Advocates on do s and don ts of local labor law on internal regulations and counsels line managers.Is able to address grievance cases and bring them to closure, post thorough investigation Process Simplification:Collaboration with team and other HR CoEs to focus on associate experience and not process aloneChampions radical thoughts and helps executes better processes that progressively impacts associate lifecycle and Novartis brandingNetworking:Actively contributes ideas & solutions to the local HR network as a team player and collaborates closely with internal as well as external service providers.
