Job Description

    Location: HyderabadReports to: DGM-HRTravel: NoneExperience: 4-6 yrs.Roles and responsibilities: Employee life-cycle Management- Seamless execution of activities related to employee life cycle management, from recruitment to separation. Onboarding and Induction- Plan and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires. Employee Engagement- Implement engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity. Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations. Performance Management- Coordinate performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers and employees. Policy Clarification and Query Handling- Address HR policy-related queries and provide clarification to employees. Employee Data Management and Reporting- Maintain accurate employee records and databases. Generate HR reports and analyze data to drive informed decisions. Vendor Management- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless HR support. Monitor vendor. performance and compliance. Facilities Management- Handle facility-related issues and improvements, asset management. Ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.Mandatory Requirements: MBA-HR Good communication skills- Spoken and written. Candidate should know English, Telugu and Hindi. Required qualities: ability to thrive in a start-up environment, ability to develop connect with various stakeholders, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, error-free work, accountability, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience of working on HRIS/ ERP software (eg: Zoho/ Darwinbox/ etc) and MS Office Suite,
