Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Employee Database Management:
      • Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate employee information, including personal contact details, employment forms, and other necessary documents.
    2. Payroll Data Management:
      • Collect and verify payroll data, including employee leave records, working hours, and banking details to ensure accurate payroll processing.
    3. Recruitment Support:
      • Screen incoming resumes and application forms, ensuring they meet the job requirements and organizational needs.
      • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates to confirm interview times and necessary preparations.
    4. Job Posting & Advertisement:
      • Manage job postings on various platforms (job boards, company career pages, and social media channels).
      • Update and remove job ads as necessary to attract the right candidates.
    5. HR Reporting:
      • Prepare HR-related reports, such as training budgets by department, employee attendance reports, and other data requested by senior management.
    6. Employee Benefits Management:
      • Assist in answering employee queries related to benefits, such as remaining vacation days, sick leave, and other HR-related inquiries.
    7. Policy Distribution:
      • Ensure that company policies are regularly updated and communicated to all employees. This includes distributing the policies in digital formats or providing hard copies as needed.
    8. Employee Engagement & Events:
      • Participate in organizing employee events, team-building activities, and career fairs, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of events.
    9. Compliance and Documentation:
      • Assist with ensuring that all HR documentation and activities are compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws.
    10. General HR Support:
      • Provide day-to-day support for HR team members and assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed.
