Job Description

About Company:Our Client is an IT Consulting and Software Services Company which provides high value information technology services and solutions to companies ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to small startups.Founded in 2006, our client supplies a broad range of IT applications solutions and services including; e-Business solutions, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and Post Implementation Support, Application development, Application Maintenance, Software customizations and Remote Database Administration services.Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Sourcing & Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • We are into US Staffing and we need HR Executives who can fulfill our requirements.
  • Need to be good at Sourcing skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Experience: 3 years to 10 years in to Domestic Recruiting
  • Education: MBA in HR or Any Relevant
  • Salary: Based on Experience
