Job Description

    Location: SecunderabadSalary: 23,000 - 26,000 per monthJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our retail team in Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, ideally with experience in retail or related industries such as construction, elevators, or interiors. This role requires implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing performance evaluations, and fostering a disciplined workplace environment.     1. HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth, compliant operations across the company.
    2. Employee Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits and design competitive compensation packages aligned with company standards.
    3. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, give constructive feedback, and support employees in achieving their goals.
    4. Attendance & Discipline Management: Monitor attendance, foster punctuality, and encourage a respectful work culture across teams.
    Eligibility:
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR; candidates with experience in retail, construction, elevators, interiors, or related sectors are highly preferred.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices specific to retail or project-driven environments like construction or interiors, where managing diverse schedules and roles is essential.
    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact with employees at all levels and handle sensitive information professionally.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple HR tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in attendance tracking, record-keeping, and documentation is essential.

    • Retail HR: HR professionals with direct experience in the retail sector, managing store-level HR operations.
